You will be purchasing an annual licence to use QOFcountdown and/or TextMailer. QOFcountdown licence runs concurrently with the QOF financial year. This year's licence runs from April 2012 to April 2013. TextMailer licence runs for 12 months from date of purchase.

The licence entitles you to use the software for the period as specified above, for your practice only. It includes any updates, enhancements or bug-fixes released during the period.

Full instructions on how to download and use the software will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.

NB: Items marked * are required to avoid delay in delivery of your order.

Practice National Code

This is usually in the format G23456 (one letter, followed by 5 numbers).

  • If you are in Northern Ireland the code usually starts Z00nnn.
  • If you are in Scotland the initial letter (often S or T) is sometimes dropped.
  • If you are in Wales the initial letter is usually W.
  • If you are not sure what your practice code is you can find it in "P:\GMS Contract" on your server.
